This February 11th and 12th it will take place the largest wine tasting of Chianti Classico in Florence. The latest vintages of Chianti Classico in its Vintage, Reserve, and Grand Selezione typologies are previewed at the "Stazione Leopolda" with more than 190 producers. There will be also the Chianti Classico DOP Extra Virgi Olive Oil harvested in 2018.
The Chianti Classico Collection presents itself to the public of professionals who reach the Stazione Leopolda in Florence each year to take part in what is now considered an unmissable event on the world wine.
In fact, this year there will be over 30 countries represented by over 230 international journalists who will reach Florence for the "Collection", plus more than approximately 2000 wine operators who will have access to the Leopolda on Monday 11 February.
This the XXVI edition of the event and it will bring big news: for the first time the "Collection" will open its doors to the final consumer, to those many fans who for years have only been able to dream an exclusive and highly representative context of the Chianti Classico DOCG.
The afternoon of February 12th is an open event from 2.30pm to 7.30pm, people will be able to access, with a paid entrance ticket, in order to taste one of the largest and most precious wine collections in the world available to the public.

Entrance ticket to the public: € 40 - for sommeliers and tasters of the main national associations the fee is 50% discounted.
